Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and DGWaynes LLC ("we", "us"), a New Mexico limited liability company, for your use of the Go Live: Storm Chase Streaming app and its relay service (together, "Go Live"). By installing or using Go Live, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
1. Who can use Go Live
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.
2. What Go Live does
Go Live streams your device's camera and microphone to live-streaming platforms you connect, such as YouTube, Facebook and Twitch, and creates, manages and ends broadcasts on those platforms for you. It may forward your stream through our relay server, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Your platform accounts
You connect your own accounts on third-party platforms, and you remain bound by each platform's own terms and rules. In particular, by using Go Live's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms decide for themselves who may stream, what is allowed, who can see a broadcast and when it ends; they may change their services at any time, and we are not responsible for their decisions.
4. Your content
You own what you stream, and you are responsible for it. You confirm you have the rights to everything you broadcast, including music, video and the likeness of people who appear in it. We don't claim any ownership of your content, and we don't record, store or review it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Go Live to:
- break any law or any platform's rules;
- stream content you don't have the right to stream;
- use our relay for anything other than your own broadcasts made with the app, or try to overload, probe, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the relay;
- interfere with other users or with the operation of Go Live.
We may suspend access to the relay or other parts of Go Live for anyone who does.
6. Safety
Do not operate Go Live while driving. Set up and start your stream before you move, or have a passenger do it. Severe weather is dangerous: weather alerts, places and speeds shown in Go Live's graphics are for your viewers' information only, may be delayed or wrong, and must not be relied on for safety decisions. Use official National Weather Service warnings and your own judgement. You use Go Live in the field at your own risk.
7. Subscriptions
Streaming with Go Live requires a paid subscription, bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play on a phone, or from DGWaynes LLC through our checkout page (payment processed by Stripe) on Windows. It is tied to your Go Live account (a Google or Apple sign-in), so one subscription works on every phone and PC where you sign in. Keep your account to yourself: a subscription is for one person. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. A free trial is offered only to people who have never subscribed. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings or, for a subscription bought on Windows, with Manage or cancel subscription in the app's Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments, free trials and refunds for phone subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; for a Windows subscription, email us about a refund. We may change prices with notice, and a change applies only from your next renewal.
8. Availability
Go Live depends on your device, your mobile signal or internet connection, the platforms you stream to and our relay. Any of them can fail. We work hard to keep streams running but cannot promise that any broadcast will start, stay up, reach every platform or be saved. We may change, add or remove features, or stop offering Go Live, at any time; if we stop offering a paid feature, we'll say so in advance.
9. No warranty
Go Live is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DGWaynes LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, audience or opportunities, arising from your use of Go Live, including missed or interrupted broadcasts. Our total liability for any claim relating to Go Live is limited to the amount you paid for Go Live in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if that is more. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
11. Ending this agreement
You can stop using Go Live at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any subscription. We may end or suspend your use if you break these terms. Sections 4, 6, 9, 10 and 12 continue after this agreement ends.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Go Live after a change means you accept the new terms.
