Data Deletion Instructions

Go Live by DGWaynes LLC

The only things Go Live keeps about you off your phone or PC are your Go Live account (name, email and an account ID, from your Google or Apple sign-in) and your subscription status. The rest of the data it holds is on your own device: your sign-in tokens, account names and Page list, stream keys you entered, and your settings. Our relay discards everything about a stream when it ends.

Delete your Go Live account

  1. Open Go Live, press ⋯ at the top, and choose Account and subscription.
  2. Press Delete account and confirm with your Google or Apple sign-in. The account is deleted immediately.
  3. Deleting the account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings or, for one bought on Windows, with Manage or cancel subscription on the same page first, or it keeps renewing.
  4. To have your purchase records deleted as well, email dgwaynesllc@gmail.com from the account's email address.

Delete the data on your phone or PC

  1. Open Go Live.
  2. Next to YouTube, Facebook or Twitch, press Disconnect. The token and account details are deleted from your device's secure storage immediately.
  3. Or uninstall the app (on Windows: Settings › Apps › Installed apps › Go Live › Uninstall), which removes everything it stored. Recordings you saved to your photo library or Videos folder stay there until you delete them.

Remove Go Live's access on Facebook

  1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites.
  2. Find Go Live and press Remove.

This revokes the app's permission to act on your account. Go Live never sends your Facebook data off your device, so there is nothing further to delete on our side.

Remove Go Live's access on Google / YouTube

  1. Go to security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
  2. Find Go Live and press Remove access.

Remove Go Live's access on Twitch

  1. On Twitch, go to Settings › Connections.
  2. Under Other Connections, find DGWaynes Go Live and press Disconnect.
